FAQ
1. Loosen the locknut at the lower end of the brake cable, screw in or out the adjustment nut until the correct clearance on the front brake handle is reached, then tighten the nut.
2. Turning the adjustment nut clockwise reduces the clearance on the front brake handle, while turning it counterclockwise increases the clearance. After completing the adjustment, lift the front wheels off the ground; turning the front wheels should be resistant.
Note: If the current brake handle stroke cannot be adjusted, it means the front brake shoes are worn beyond the maintenance limit and need to be replaced.
The free travel of the rear brake pedal is 10-20mm. If the free stroke is incorrect, adjust it as described below.
1. Release the lock nut on the rear brake tie rod.
2. After turning, adjust the brake nut. Turn clockwise to reduce clearance; turn counterclockwise to increase free travel.
Note: If the rear brake pedal has too much travel and cannot be adjusted, it means the rear brake shoe wear has exceeded the limit value.
Check the wear condition of the rear brake shoes; if the wear has reached or exceeded the wear limit, replace them.
Pull the parking control handle upward so that the pawl and tooth plate move 4~6 teeth relative to each other, and check if the rear wheel brakes are secure. If the handle has too much idle stroke, it should be adjusted to brake.
When adjusting the wire rope, loosen the nut, tighten the wire to the appropriate position, and lock the nut.
When the vehicle is not powered on, first check whether the power plug is loose (the plug connecting the vehicle's power cord to the battery box);
Next, check whether the power cut-off (air) switch under the seat has tripped. If the circuit breaker really trips, just push it up. Generally, there are two main causes of switch tripping: severe vibration causing the circuit breaker trip trip, or sudden tripping due to excessive current.
If the above still doesn't solve the problem, it may be a short-circuited wiring. Check for loose wiring at the power lock and power cut-off switch. If no problems are found, you should go to a nearby store for repairs.
If it cannot start or drive, first, check if the battery connection cable is loose and replug it. Sometimes the connecting wire is rubbed against by other things, causing internal damage to the power cord. This is similar to the result of corrosion and loosening of the terminals: the current is weak. It can rotate when unloaded, but not under load, while lights and speakers can function normally. Try pulling the wire or plug by hand to secure each piece one by one. Next, check whether the controller's power supply wires are loose or loose or loose; if so, they need to be installed.
If neither of the above methods solves the problem, then the motor may have a problem and you need to go to a nearby repair shop for repair.
Bluetooth cannot connect, and Bluetooth car control functions fail.
1. Restart the vehicle, disconnect the air switch or unplug the battery, wait 1 minute, then plug it in and turn it on. Try reconnecting Bluetooth. Will this resolve the issue?
2. If restoration cannot be made, please contact a nearby store or request a repair via the app.
If the high and low beams are illuminated, restart the vehicle, disconnect the air switch or unplug the battery, wait 1 minute, then plug in and turn it on. If the fault is resolved, the problem is resolved.
Check whether the headlights and VCU wiring are detached or damaged. If they cannot be restored, please contact a nearby store or request a repair via the app.
1. Restart the vehicle, disconnect the air switch or unplug the battery, wait 1 minute, then plug in and turn it on. If the fault is resolved, the problem is resolved.
2. Check whether the brake light and VCU wiring are detached or damaged. If they cannot be restored, contact a nearby store or request a repair via the app.
1. Please check the tire pressure status, inflate the tires, and restart the vehicle. If the fault is resolved, the problem will be resolved.
2. If restoration cannot be made, please contact a nearby store or request a repair via the app.
Internal MCU hardware circuit failures or wiring harness damage. The MOSFET inside the MCU is damaged.
1. If power is restored and the vehicle returns to normal, no repairs are needed.
2. If the vehicle cannot return to normal after powering on, it may be due to a hardware failure in the MCU that needs to be replaced.

The vehicle cannot be ridden, the motor shakes violently, or the accelerator does not respond.
1. Restart the vehicle, disconnect the air switch or unplug the battery, wait 1 minute, then plug in and turn it on. If the fault code is cleared, the problem is resolved.
2. If restoration cannot be made, please contact a nearby store or request a repair via the app.
